I have no specific informantion about the shakers, and I am not sure about the "W" in the logo, but I have an ad from 1936 for a Garden City Brewery that was at 2111-2123 So. Albany Avenue in Chicago. The ad states that the brewery was founed on July 15, 1901. One of their beer labels was called "Primator." It appears to have been a business ran by Bohemian (Czech) immigrants.
