Even if one could prove this, it most likely wouldn't make any difference. The fact is that the children are here and they are the responsibility of both parents.

What if he deny your son but sign the birth certificate as a father and your son use his surname but he never give a financial support what would you do to have his support?

Take him to court! if he is the father whether he uses his parental rights or not, he has to pay child support.

I suggest that you contact your State's child support agency. When you get an interview with them, bring all the papers relating to your child support: birth certificates, acknowledgments of paternity, court orders, payment records, etc. Be polite but persistent. Good luck!

Have been married for 4 years and recently you separated with your wife She wants child care including paying house rent is this right or how far should child support go?

Well, when I moved out, I looked up the child support percentage of pay and that is what I asked my husband for. I needed more for school fees and such and he helped with that. You both might go to mediation and figure out what changes she needs to make (smaller house?) or what additional amount you might consider paying in the interim before divorce is final. You would maintain health insurance.

How would you be notified if the non custodial parent files taxes?

your not notified when the non-custodial parent files their taxes and your not entitled to notification. if you are worrying about the parent filing and claiming your child/children there is really no way other then whomever files first with the childs social security number will force the 2nd parent filings to be kicked back because the child has already been claimed. to correct that you need to provide legal court documents saying you have the right to claim the child that year and it is a long drawn out process. unfortunately the IRS has NO WAY of knowing who is legally entitled to claim which child which years

Can a father take his child from the grandparents if no custody order is in place the mother has hid from him for a year and will not give him an address to serve custody papers?

No. Assuming the parents are unmarried, the father must establish his paternity in order to establish his parental rights. This is a serious and complicated situation, legally. If he just takes the children at this point, it will go against him later. He should consult with an attorney who specializes in custody issues. The attorney can review the entire situation by hearing all the details.

If the child is in the custody of grandparents without any court order to that effect, the attorney can help the father establish his paternity and request an emergency temporary custody order while the issue of permanent custody is being adjudicated. The father must do everything right now and it will work out better for him in the long term. On the other hand, if the mother has been hiding the child from his father, that will go against her when the court examines the case.

For females Would you continue to sleep with the father of your child if he did absolutely nothing for your child and also you knew he had a girlfriend he lived with?

HELL NO u should be treated better than that

ANSWER:

Gosh, I could tell you what I think about this man but I will keep my mouth shut. Sweetie always remember "what comes around goes around." One day God will show him what he deserve but for now if you don't need his help for your baby, don't let him close to you and your baby. But if you do need help to support the baby, he is responsible for your baby. By law the father needs to support his own child. This time be smarter than him, tell him what he needs to do or you can talk to a lawyer that has something to do about child support. You mentioned that he is living with another girl, did she knows that he has a child from you? This are your leverage, don't let him walk all over you..

What is Purpose for tattoos and body piercings?

People get body piercings and tattoos because the like the look and want to express themselves. Though this has caused alot of stereotypes. Where I live no one will like you if you have a piercing or a tattoo (which sucks for me because I have my eyebrow, 4 on each ear, and 3 tattoos) Body Mods are for people who enjoy art and want to be a living art form. (there are other reasons too just there is no way to say them without them sound stupid though they are very good reasons) Never judge a person by their tattos or their piercings!!!!

In NY state if a child wants to live with the non-custodial parent at age eighteen does the custodial parent then pay child support?

Typically child support ceases when the child reaches the age of majority unless the court decides to continue support while the child is in school, whether it be high school or college. You can certainly go to court and request an order of support, but unless you were previously ordered to pay support to the custodial parent beyond age eighteen while the child was in their care it is unlikely an order will be imposed.

Can your child be taken if you did not relinquish your parental rights?

The courts may give custody/guardianship of the child to someone else without your relinquishing your parental rights. The court may terminate your parental rights upon a finding that you are an unfit parent.

Can you be put in jail if you pay 600.00 a month for almost 7 years now BTW the child is 9 in child support BUT you owe back child support that you never make payments to?

Yes, but not likely. The court has the option by law to put the noncustodial parent in jail for contempt of court. The grounds for contempt of court per the family courts is a bit different in each State and country. But, the laws are way out of line. It is my opinion that no father should be subject to jail for not paying or falling behind.

But, this is the present reality. So, you must take it seriously. If you cannot send the full payments, send something! anything even if it is $5.00, It will show that you are paying and you are not refusing to disobey the laws. which is called,"intent" in legal terms the court must prove that you had an intent to not pay before they can get a serious order to hall you to jail.

Do not hide from the Child Support courts. It does no good. I do not know what the personal situation is but, hiding and acting like the laws do not pertain to you is only going to work against you. If you call them and write them and then show up to court if you must it will be better and almost impossible for them to put you in jail.

They want money. That is all they want. If you lost your job or are sick and your income is different than before, go to court and ask for a change. Pay what you can. If you paid steadily for 7 years and you are in financial trouble let them know.

You will always owe back pay or arrears, 99% of all noncustodial parents are in arrears. That is a long story, but it does not make you go to jail. As long as you come clean and pay what you can and keep them informed you will be ok.
