Well,i wouldn,t keep then in the fridge at all.If they didn,t all get eaten then i would put them in the bin.They may be ok say if you were going to reheat them a couple of hours after.The next day they would look pretty gros. Also think of all that extra fat going on you ,better they went into the bin and you just enjoyed them while they were hot and fresh

"Buenas N-o-c-h-e-s" means good night. "Buenas Nachos" doesn't really mean anything since it is not grammatically correct. In Spanish, many nouns are gender specific and the adjectives that modify them must match the "gender" of the noun; since the word Nacho is considered a "male-gender" noun, the correct phrase meaning Good nachos would be "B-u-e-n-o-s Nachos"

Nachos is the name given to a Tex-Mex dish (usually an appetizer in many restaurants of this type). The word Nacho itself is short for the Spanish male name "Ignacio" sort of how Bill is short for William. Interestingly though, this is not necessarily what makes "Nacho" a male-gender noun!

The Yard House, a restaurant in the Colorado Mills mall has great nachos. A bit pricy unless you go at happy hour; at that time they go half price along with all appetizers.
