your convertible top will always leak. that is the way it is designed. It only depends where its leaking. if the source is not visible it is your drain system that is clogged. if it is at your seals at the front and the side you may need to replace your rubber seals to fix the leak.
the pan that the top retracts into has 2 small holes. the excess water that the top cannot stop travels here and drains through your car and out through the bottom of your rocker panels in a narrow strip with 4-6 holes on the inside of the channel.
the easiest problem to fix is to get an old metal coathanger or some stiff wire or some pipe cleaners and look up under your vehicle underneath the driver and passenger doors. you should run your hand along the inside of the lip undereath the vehicle feeling for a small raised spot that has a hole inside it. you should ram the coathanger/pipecleaner up into the hole until it is clear or water drains from it. there are 4-6 of these on each side that allow the drainage system to drain water from the top. if these are clogged it will eventually overflow and fill your floorboard with water.
the other common source of leaks is the hoses that travel from the pan to the rocker panel resivoir. these tend to come loose if you place things into the pan. they can also get clogged or kink. to access these hoses you have to remove the back seat.

AnswerI had a problem where the water leaked into my car and flooded the driver's side pretty well, and I feel you have a similar problem to this. There are 3-4 drainholes on the bottom of the side frames where the water leaks through the body and out of the bottom of the car. If these holes become clogged with tree garbage or what not, the water will build up in the car frame and flood into your car. They are located on both sides of the car where inside of the frame and outside frame comes together at the bottom under the door jam and along the side, and they are small bumps. I cleared mine by using a straightened clothing hanger to clear out the debris, some shops use high pressure air, but it did the job. Hope this helps. They look kind of like a bicycle tire stem and are held in by a single screw. After removing the screw, you detach by pressing a little raised tab that release the switch from the wire.

These are a pain in the butt. The short answer is to pull out the old switch and remove the electrical connector. Push down on the brake pedal and hold down while pushing the new switch into the hole. Hold the switch in and release the pedal until the rod inside the switch adjusts. Then plug the electrical connector back in and check the lights. Sometimes these switched will pop out, killing the battery in the process, so holding it in that second or two is important. You may want to have someone pushing the pedal from one side while you hold the switch in. These are a one shot deal.

The cluster has lost its connection to the onboard computer network(the "bus"). You will need to have it diagnosed with a scan tool and a wiring diagram.
I just had the same problem with my 1999 Chrsyler Cirrus. After several weeks I going through all the wiring and talking to different people, I fixed the problem. Their is a box behind the fuse box which helps all the computers talk to each other. I went out and purchased a bcm, pcm and a fuse box. I replaced each thing and started to test the gauges. It was not until I replaced the box behind the fuse box that my gauges started to work. It is a simple fix just disconnect the battery. take the lower drivers dash apart, unplug all the wires to the fuse box and remove the five screws which holds the fuse box. Once you remove the fuse box, you will see a box held on by two screws. replace that box with another one and put it all back together. If the new unit has a factory alarm, all you need to do to disarm it locate the light green with orange stripe which is in a black plug at the bottom of the fuse box. Go to a local electronic store and purchase 270 resistor. Run a wire from a 12volts to the light green wire with the resistor inline. This will bypass the factory alarm. Good luck.
