Was Wolfgang amadeus Mozart interested in fencing?

Mozart's music had depth , richness but also had the quick appeal for being flirtatious to the young woman. So looking at just that , I'd imagine Mozart would have had fencing as a sport of interest , as it appealed to the chivalrous male character who'd want to attract women. Whether this was really his passion , is something he'd know best , but, I sincerely doubt that besides composing the Best Music in time , anything else , would really interest him .

A good idea is to go to the library or on youtube everyday and grab a cd or listen to something that you have never heard of before. and its okay if you don't like it because then you figure out what you do and don't like. One of the most important things as a composer, in my eyes, is that you don't get stuck listening to "the big names." Because not all the greatest composers have been recognized. 36. Barber, or 37. Roy Harris. hope this helps. always be listening.

Which composers wrote preludes?

Many composers in the Baroque and Classical eras wrote Preludes as the introductory piece to a suite including Buxtehude, Bruhns, J.S. Bach, Pachelbel and Beethoven.

In the Romantic era, the prelude became a stand alone piece. While generally credited to Chopin, the stand alone form of the prelude was previously used by both Hummel and Kessler, the latter having dedicated his preludes to Chopin. Other 19th and 20th century composers with extensive use of the prelude include Scriabin, Shostakovich, Rachmaninoff and several others. 21st century composer Lera Auerbach has also composed 3 sets of preludes.
