Beethoven had two younger brothers named Caspar Anton Carl and Nikolas Johann. He had more younger siblings but none of them lived to adulthood. Their names were Franz Georg, Anna Franziska and Maria Magaretha. When he was older Beethoven had a nephew (son of Caspar Carl) named Karl who he looked after once Caspar Carl had died. It was over this boy that Beethoven had a bitter custody battle with Johanna van Beethoven (Caspar Carl's widow). Beethoven never married but he had some illegitamate children named Minoa (with Josephine von Brunswick and Karl with Antoine Brentano and possible others as well.
