What is the miscarriage rate at week 5?
The risk of miscarriage is around 20% or more (up to 50% in some studies). Broken down in weeks, according to the World Health Organization, out of those pregnancies that miscarry, 75% are during weeks 1-2, 10% are during weeks 3-6, and 5% are during weeks 6-12. After a fetal heartbeat is seen during an ultrasound, the risk drops to less than 5%.
dats nasty
Normally the bleeding 2 weeks before periods is called implantation bleeding. If your period didn't come on expected date, it could mean you are pregnant. But since you got your period 5 weeks after your expected period date, and blood test was negative it could mean it was just an irregular period. I'd suggest seeing your doctor if period is not in regular flow. Good luck!
Yes it is very normal

If you are having severe cramps that is not normal, and your doctor should exam you. My cervix began to soften around 8 months, but there was no severe cramps. If I was you I would go to the ER if you are experiencing severe cramps.
