Martha Graham was an American choreographer and dancer. She was born in Allegheny City, Pennsylvania in 1894, of Irish ancestry, she studied at the Denishawn School of Dancing and Related Arts, where she became enamored of the dance art, also, she was inspired by her father, who was a doctor that was interested in treatments that used physical movement to treat nervous disorders.

You have to stretch. Its the only way to warm up your musscle. If you don't you get cramps and could lead to hurting yourself. Do some splits do some push up sit up crunches etc....... So always stretch before dance!

ballet is just like it was before. it is a beautiful and difficult sport. it takes alot of energy, balance, leg muscle, concentration, and persistence. you have to havea love for the sport to do it because if you dont then you wont want to put the work into it. its a sport(like most sports) where you have to put a few quarters in before it can play music. it also takes a lot of talent. More input More modern, more inventive, more expensive. More elaborate with everything. Diets and workouts have improved, too. That's how evolution works. Like all living beings, dance has improved over the centuries.

The contemporary dance developed overy time simply from new ideas and the influences of other cultures. Since dance has been around since the earliest civilizations, it's easy to consider that ideas have been passed on between cultures.

She did a lot of pom! Its where you hit every movement really sharp. She also did some ballet and jazz movements. Some hip hop was added but she mostly did jazz and added a lot of ballet technique. I know because I've been dancing since I was 7 and I am 16 now. (:

Because is tasty as hell!!!. Really, you should try mixing as many food as you can with some sort of salsa. While preparing breakfast you can add a little salsa to the scrambled eggs, you won't regret it. Also, you can mix salsa with any meat, cheese or vegetable dish and it'll taste a lot more better.
