How much weight does dance central make you lose?
It depends on what level you do the songs on, for how long, and how much energy you put into the moves. The game also comes with a "workout mode", in this mode it counts the calories that you have burnt during a certain song and how long you have "worked out". I play it a lot and you get so caught up in trying to execute the dance moves to unlock new songs, levels, and challenges that you forget that you are exercising. I played for about thirty minutes and lost 354 calories. During this time I made sure to put an extra "umphh" in all my moves to increase my heart rate, and continuously kept going through different songs and difficultly levels for the whole 30 minutes. So not bad, plenty of fun, and it beats traditional cardio. (I also do a 15 minute ab work out)

Do overworked ballet dancers get injured more than other dancers?
I would say yes, but I don't know of any statistics or anything. But dancers who are overworked are more prone to injuries, so for a dancer who is overworked it is good to have great technique to help reduce the chance of getting an injury. But for a person who dances for maybe half the time of an overworked dancer isn't as likely to be injured because he/she wont be so physically exhausted when he/she dances and will be able to keep up with technique and stay careful.

Yes, women can cheat just like men, but it doesn't sound like your wife did. She was honest with you. However, it bothers me that this is coming up so much later in your marriage and could it be time for both of you to sit down and communicate your feelings to each other? In my 40s I use to go to the odd "Male strip club" with a bunch of my girlfriends. It was the in thing back then. After the entertainment was over the men standing outside could come into the club. I am sure some of these men thought all the girls would be hot to trot after seeing all those handsome young men performing, but not true with all us gals. Then dancing started and men would ask you to dance. Yes, I got up and danced, but if advances were made towards me for more than just a dance I made it loud and clear I was married! You see, you can put a mate into any sort of situation with the opposite sex and it's the intelligence and loyalty that makes that particular person have the fun, but go no further and remain loyal to their mate. I think your wife was loyal to you. Don't waste time worrying about it.
