The most common reason this happens is due to buffer under-runs. CD writing, and DVD writing ( burning ) is a very delicate process which requires high amounts of system resources. Running other programs actively such as browsing internet, or having other idle programs in the taskbar running can greatly depreciate your resources, depending on your system. Your software reads ahead of the burn, and creates whats called a buffer. If the system becomes busy while burning, the data is used in the buffer. Similar to the operation of a skip-free CD player reading 5 seconds ahead so that there is continuous playing when it receives a bump. If the system is busy for too long, and the buffer runs out, this is called a buffer under run, and can damage the functionality of the CD/DVD.
Closing all programs, and not using your PC during the burn should help. Be advised, that depending on your systems specifications, even an intense screen saver could eat up memory that the burn process could be using.

What is a door removable mullion?
I haven't heard of a 'door removable mullion' but a door with a removeable mullion is a double doorset with a post which each leaf closes on to. The idea of the mullion can be for several reasons, the most common being for acoustic performance and security. Back to the removable mullion part, this is so that the post can be removed for passing large objects through e.g. a grand piano.
How do you remove disk knight in usb?
Not big problem but just simply annoying. But is big problem once your pendrive can't open to read all the files inside. Is not going to help even if you format it. My usb pendrive was infected by Disk Knight several times. I had a laptop with avast antivirus installed. I plugin and it auto detect Disk knight as a virus and remove it immediately from my usb pendrive.
From my understanding, Avast is not a recommended anti-virus from Microsoft and the opposite, Disk knight is probably NOT consider as a virus under recommended anti-virus like panda, avg, Kaspersky, McAfee, etc..... Here is the list: http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/49500
So is simple, just install avast or remove it using any PC or laptop with another anti-virus (not necessary Avast). If you are going to backup your usb pendrive on your hard disk and format it, your pendrive is still infected with disk knight once you plugin.
Answerto remove it from usb drivedo not open your usb before you do this
open command prompt and type "{your usb drive letter}:" press enter
then type "attrib -r -a -s -h knight.exe" press enter
then type "del knight.exe" press enter

How do you install an external zip drive?
The two most common types of external zip drives are USB (little square plug about he width of your thumb) and parallel (wider square plug, about three fingers wide)... I will do my best to explain how to install either
USB: Put in the CD & run the driver install utility BEFORE plugging the drive in. If you don't have the CD, you can download them at iomega's website... see link below.
Once the software is installed, simply plug the drive into any USB port on your computer. It should auto-detect, install & then show up as a drive letter under "my computer"
Note: If you are running XP or vista, you shouldn't have to download any drivers at all, they are supported natively by the OS
Parallel. Just the opposite. Plug the drive in first, and THEN install the drivers. Some new systems do not come with a parallel port, don't worry, you can get a parallel to USB converter for $20 to $40 at any nearby electronics store.
Additionally, if you have a parallel port, have done just as i said above & the drive is not detected, the parallel port on your system may be disabled. Consult your computer or motherboard manual on how to enter BIOS and enable it.
I should conclude by saying that there are firewire, SCSI, serial (and probably SATA) zip drives out there. They are not as common, but if you have one of these, you might start a new question & make a note of what type the drive is.
Yep! There is 1024MB in a GB.
So there's 3686.4MB in 3.6GB or 0.398GB in 408MB.
