You Paint the trim first, then wallpaper.

I think it's close to the same but much more labor intensive. the only real advantage is you can get elaborate designs.

There are wallpaper products that are roughly the same cost. The great thing about wallpaper is that you can get beautiful designs that cost a lot less than having beautiful murals painted. Wallpaper also lasts much longer than paint, so it can be less expensive in the long run.

I would think that if you call the phone company that services that line and told them that you wanted them removed that they would. They may want to charge for that and if so, I would inform them that you intend to clip the wire where it attaches to your house and remove it and the box it is attached to. That will probably motivate them to do it for nothing.

To enhance the look of the window treatments add a scarf valance in the dark brown with a pattern in gold on it. This ties the two elements together and gives it an elegant look.

To incorporate the windows with the rest of the furniture in the room, find a pattern or solid fabric that picks up an accent color in the rest of the furnishings.

An accent wall in a celery green would like great in your room, as long as you like green.

You could use a soft lavender or pink to enhance the purple and make the room very feminine.

A butter yellow will make the room feel sunny, eve if you do not have a lot of windows.

And a soft to medium blue will open the room up, as if the sky were visible trough the wall.

It depends on the complexity of the color wheel. You can make an accurate color wheel using only 3 colors; red, yellow, and blue. Adding green, orange, and purple can make a color wheel with 6. The standard color wheel that art students are introduced to uses these six plus six more (the tertiary colors) for a total of 12 colors.

A perfectly rendered color wheel will not have a countable number of colors. The colors will be blended into each other, and the blending will be smooth enough that you cannot differentiate where each begins and ends. You can pick out an almost infinite number of colors from the color wheel.

To remove emulsion from linoleum, you can use a solution of warm water and mild dish soap to gently scrub the surface with a soft cloth or sponge. For tougher stains, a diluted vinegar solution or a specialized emulsifier can be applied, allowing it to sit for a few minutes before scrubbing. Always test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the lino. After cleaning, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

That depends on what your hobbies and interests are. Do whatever you think would be very interesting; something that fits your style but maybe you haven't tried yet.

More and more people are embracing the idea of coloured ceilings. The great thing about decorating a bathroom is you can "go a little wild." It's not like your are going to be spending a lot of time in there.

So, you could play it safe and paint it white.

You could make it easy on the painter and use the same colour as the walls.

You could enhance the height by using a lighter shade of the wall colour.

A soft yellow would make the room sunny looking, always good in a small space (bathrooms don't usually have big windows.

A sky blue, would make the ceiling "go away."

Or you could go dark. A deep green, would "bring the ceiling down" a medium green would reflect "greener" through out, or my favourite in a bathroom is a colour I call, just past midnight blue. It's a bold step, but one several of my clients have asked for after seeing my studio.

For a sophisticated look, use a monochromatic grey scheme. Add gold details.

For a casual look, greens and tan work well. Use white trim work to tie in the floor.

For an adult feminine look, dusty rose and lots of magnolia white. Add black details.

For a young feminine look, soft pink with lots of true white. Add white details.

For an adult masculine look try navy, with grey and chrome details.

For a young masculine look, use blue and tan with brass details.

Any neon colors look good with black and white. A bright red or yellow is good too.
