Are you asking for the design of the game or simply just asking how to make a dice roll? I do happen to know a free dice rolling tool if you are interested. Go to chat.usorgames.com, it is a chat system designed for USOR Games, but it has a automated dice rolling. You just message in the lobby saying "usor roll 2d10+3d56", it will show results. You do need to register. The nice thing is everything is free.
There are 21 spots on a dice.
1+2+3+4+5+6 = 21 dots on a die.

How do you play the card and dice game society crap?
For 4 people use one deck. Take out the 7's, kings and aces. Use dice and pennies or chips. Put a dish in the center of the table to hold the pennies. Everyone antes a penny into the dish before the deal is made. Deal out all the cards. (10 to each player.) Turn your cards face up in front of you and put them in ascending order. Jacks are 11 and queens are 12. The dealer starts the game by rolling the dice. He has three rolls to get rid of his cards before him. If he rolls a 5 and has a 5 he casts it into the center. If he doesn;t have a 5 the dice are passed to the left to the first player who has a 5 and he casts it in the center, The first player has lost his other two rolls. The new player who had a 5 now has three rolls to get rid of his cards. If he rolls and has the card rolled, he tosses it in and gets another roll. If the second roll is successful (he has the second casrd as well) he gets a third try. After three tries the dice pass to the right to the next person. AT ANY TIME if a seven is rolled, the player puts a penny in the dish and loses his turn. (Dice are passed to the person to the right.) Eventually a person will throw the dice and no one wil have the card as they have all been thrown in. He simply counts it as one roll and rolls a seocond time. Again, if noone has the second roll card, he gets one more time to roll. Towards the end of the game it often happens that alot of dice are thrown with no one having the cards to discard. The winner of the hand is the first one to get rid of all his cards either by his rolling the dice or by someone else rolling the dice and he was the next in line to discard that card. When one person goes out, all other players count ther number of cards they have remaining in their hands and adds them to the pot before the winner takes the pot.
The deal then passes to the next person to the right and everything starts anew.
The game is also called Bankers' Crap
For 5 to 8 people, use 2 decks.

Are there such things as 9-sided dice?
9 sided "barrel dice" and 9 sided "parachute" style dice do exist. They are essentially cylinders with 9 numbered faces and rounded ends (so the die can't land end-on), or an ice-cream cone shape with 9 facets and one rounded end (again, so it can't land end-on). These are the only "fair" dice that can have 9 sides.
There is no "platonic solid" that has 9 equal sides.
Polyhedral Dice (The platonic solids you would generally encounter playing table-top rpgs like Dungeons and Dragons) generally only come in the following sizes: 4, 6, 8, 12, & 20. 10 sided dice are also available that are "fair", but are not platonic solids.
How has dominoes changed over time?
The oldest confirmed written mention of dominoes in China comes from the Former Events in Wulin (i.e. the capital Hangzhou) written by the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) author Zhou Mi (1232-1298), who listed "pupai" (gambling plaques or dominoes) as well as dice as items sold by peddlers during the reign of Emperor Xiaozong of Song (r. 1162-1189).[1] Andrew Lo asserts that Zhou Mi meant dominoes when referring to pupai, since the Ming author Lu Rong (1436-1494) explicitly defined pupaias dominoes (in regards to a story of a suitor who won a maiden's hand by drawing out four winning pupai from a set).[1]
The earliest known manual written about dominoes is the Manual of the Xuanhe Period (1119-1125) written by Qu You (1347-1433).[1] In the Encyclopedia of a Myriad of Treasures, Zhang Pu (1602-1641) described the game of laying out dominoes as pupai, although the character for puhad changed, yet retained the same pronunciation.[1] Traditional Chinese domino games include Tien Gow, Pai Gow, Che Deng, and others. The thirty-two-piece Chinese domino set, made to represent each possible face of two thrown dice and thus have no blank faces, differs from the twenty-eight-piece domino set found in the West during the mid 18th century.[2]
Many different domino sets have been used for centuries in various parts of world to play a variety of domino games. Each domino originally represented one of the 21 results of throwing two 6-sided dice (2d6). One half of each domino is set with the pips from one die and the other half contains the pips from the second die. Chinese sets also introduce duplicates of some throws and divide the dominoes into two classes: military and civil. Chinese dominoes are also longer than typical European dominoes.
The early 18th century witnessed dominoes making their way to Europe, making their first appearance in Italy. The game changed somewhat in the translation from Chinese to the European culture. European domino sets contain neither class distinctions nor the duplicates that went with them. Instead, European sets contain seven additional dominoes, with six of these representing the values that result from throwing a single die with the other half of the tile left blank, and the seventh domino representing the blank-blank (0-0) combination.
Ivory Dominoes were routinely used in 19th century rural England in the settling of disputes over traditional grazing boundaries, and were commonly referred to as "bonesticks" (see Hartley, Land Law in West Lancashire in the mid- 19th Century, Farm Gazette, March 1984).

5 dice
everyone rolls one dice to see who goes first
everyone has to roll 500 points to get on the board (score sheet)
1's are worth 100 - UNLESS 3 are rolled at once then they are worth 1000
5's are 50 - UNLESS 3 are rolled at once then they are worth 500
All others 2, 3, 4, & 6 have no value UNLESS 3 are rolled at once then they are worth 100 x the face value. example three 2's = 200, three 3's = 300 etc...
As long as you roll a 1 or a 5 you can keep rolling the dice and adding up your score.
Example - 1, 5, 3, 5, 2 = 200
Set the 1, 5, 5 aside and roll the 3 and 2
if you get a 1 or 5 set those aside and roll the other aiming to get to 500.
If you choose to keep rolling and do not get a 1 or 5 you BLITZ and do not get any points.
After you start with 500 the next time you roll you can choose to keep any amount of points.
First person to get 5000 wins
