How do you play 421 the dice game?

You need three dice and 11 or 21 tokens.

Tokens begin at the center and you choose a first player. The game is played in two phases : loading, unloading.

Loading phase :

All rolls are "dry" (that means no rerolls)

The first player rolls the dice. Then the second, then the third. The player who made the worst "figure" receives a number of tokens fro the center equal to the reward of the best "figure". Then, the roller of the best figure becomes first and everybody roll again. Do that until there are no more tokens in the center.

Unloading phase :

The first player rolls his dice. He can possibly use up to two rerolls in order to make a better figure. BUT the number of rerolls he used is the number of rerolls that will be available for the other players to try and beat him. Using a reroll means you can roll again any or all of the dice once.

When everybody has rolled again, the one who has done the best figure gives the value of his figure in tokens to the player who has made the worse figure.

Whenever a player has no more tokens during unloading, he stops playing. The player who has all tokens is the loser and pays next round of beers.

Order of figures and values :

421 is best. 10 tokens.

111 then is 7 tokens.

666>116 are 6 tokens

555>115 are 5 tokens

444>114, 4 tokens

333>113, 3 tokens

222>112>654>543>432>321, 2 tokens

The rest is 1 token you HAVE to read the dice from the bigger to the lesser for those (e.g. 2, 1, 2 is 211 and is "nenette", the worst you can make)
