Dodos have no calls as they are extinct. A search of the internet produced no reliable information as to what they sounded like.

The dodo bird was very easy to catch. Due to this fact people, dogs, rats, even pigs, would hunt and kill the bird indiscriminately and eat its eggs. this meant the only 200 years after the bird was discovered, it became extinct.
