There is no magic answer to this one that fits all nursing mothers. The best rule of thumb is to always make sure that you are taking in liquids. While straight water is great for you and your milk production, your body's need for water can be satisfied just as well with tea or other (non alcoholic ) drinks. Rather than forcing yourself to remember to drink a certain number of glasses of water each day, just avail yourself to refreshing glasses of water through out the day. Listen to your body, if you're thirsty drink! If there is any one rule I would suggest it would be to try to have a glass of water next to you when you nurse your child. As you nurse your body will call out for a replacement of fluids. Having a glass of water you can sip from while nursing will satisfy this need. Of course the other indicator that you are drinking enough will be seen in your milk production. If you are having trouble making enough milk, try drinking more water. Do be wary of anyone telling you to drink this or that certain thing. Water is always the best thing for anyone to drink. If someone is trying to sell you their magic elixir, just say no thanks drink a glass of water and put the money you save into your child's college savings account.

SCIENCE PROJECT IDEAS # I personally did this one in 5th grade and won third place so this would be better for your stage of learning than for me: i used water, food coloring, the cun and 7 cups all of the same size.(add your own twist! do 8 colors or 3 or whatever...) pur the same amount of water in the cups. put the same amount of drops of food coloring in the water (different colors ex. first cup: 2 drops of red, second cup: 2 drops of blue etc.) basically you set them out in the sun and see if the different colors effect the evaporation of the water. purely simple. just consider it.

The only quick way to do this is to let the water & oil mixture rest until the oil has separated from the water. Then, you would skim the water or oil out of the top layer. Another option would be to boil the mixture until the drinking water has evaporated, but that isn't a very wise option.

The only times I ever dream (or remember dreaming) are when I drink water before sleeping. Water = dreams. No water = no dreams. I've never experienced nightmares caused by water consumption. Most all of my dreams, while maybe strange, are believable situations.

it depends. it can leak/break/open and can possibly ruin papers, etc but the custodians would clean it up and plus the teacher should trust the students more.. or it can make students stay in class more because they can't say they want to get a drink. your choice. Or if the students throw empty water bottles in the hallways. Well some schools are a green school so they should have a contest from which class should recycle the more water bottles and so they can put the water bottles and save trees. Or what if the students put nasty chemicals in the substance. We should only be aloud a clear contanor with only water so if the teacher sees the botttle she will know its not water. =]

Some positives is that the schools water may be nasty or its on the other side of the school. Water bottles would be helpful or what if students for get a doctors note when the have a soar throat.

Teachers coudl also have indevisial water botles for students so they don't miss any class if they are thirsty. It is also heatheyer if students have there own water bottles instead of drinkign from water fountians. Water fountains carry germs that causes diseases to spread. So its definite that water bottles should be allowed in class.

I have one today and am pregnant. I was told I couldn't even drink water after midnight prior to it and no fats for dinner whatsoever. So, as far as I know, no water before gallbladder ultrasound.

Most people prefer the taste of some city tap water or bottled water or well water due to the custom mineral content. Thus, some people prefer the flavor of Dasani due to the mix of three mineral salts added to it.

There is a negative effect if you only drink water, I only drink water and it is the worst decision you can make. I drink more than 12 glasses of water a day because it washes out the nutrients your body that I need. It may bring consequences. It makes having sex harder
