It is possible to have what appears to be a normal period when you already pregnant; so that can throw off your calculations. A doctor can estimate the date of conception based on the size and growth of the baby, but sometimes it is not as accurate as we'd like.

Well, they told me the same thing. I didn't go into labor until two weeks later. It just depends on how well YOUR labor goes.

I will assume you are talking about November 19th 2011. If so, it makes your conception date roughly February 25th 2011. This date could be wrong by a couple of days though. It depends on the length of your menstrual cycles.

I believe that my due date from my ultrasounds were 2weeks wrong. They say i were due March 9th, but i believe i were due Feb 22nd. I ended up having my bub on March 7th and she looked well cooked. I would say they could be wrong but probably no more then 2 weeks either way of the date they give you. You have 2 rememeber the date is only an estimate, if you know what day your last period was or when you last had sex, if your able to work out your own date i would say somewhere in between your date and the ultrasound would be the due date.

Gestational age- starts with the first day of the mothers last menstrual period. Fetal age- starts with conception. Since conception is almost never known doctors and midwifes in the u.s. talk about a woman's pregnancy using gestational weeks because its much easier to identify the first day of the last menstrual period, than actual date of conception. So you're already considered 2 weeks pregnant from the moment you conceive. On average a woman has about a 28 day cycle with a 14 day lutheal phase, which means most women will conceive their baby approximately 2 weeks after their period.

Well it depends when she started her period and when she ovulated.

If she had finished her period is week before you had sex then yes it is very possible she coudl be pregnant.

I would not change my due date. Babies grow at different rates and times in the womb. Some babies will take a little longer to grow than others. Some will wait till closer to time to really start growing and others will slow down when it gets closer to time. If you know when your last period was I would go with that date. Also be aware that babies do not come on any set day. They can be early or late. Pleanty of women have carried that babies up to 3-4 weeks "late". You baby knows when it is time to be born. They may need a few extra days in the womb to develop. Give them this time. You do not want a pre term baby just because you have a set date. I have also found that Midwifes are a lot more baby friendly than Doctors can be. If you can find a Midwife in your area I would at least give her a call. You can go to a Midwife and doctor at the same time. Midwifes seem to have more time to spend with you and are very understanding of all your needs and questions. Birth centers run by Midwife are a very ideal place to have your baby. I would check one out if I were you and see if you would like to deliver there. Again this is just as safe and maybe safer than a hospital. Good luck with your baby!

36 weeks is standard but not everyone carries until full term and some go past the 36 week mark.
Most doctors count 40 weeks from the first day of your last period.

Ultrasound is very good at aging a pregnancy it is not a guess. 30 weeks. get a blood test with the culprits after the baby is born to determine the father.

Both - It can be a good thing for people like me who can't date anyone in real life, so it makes us feel better about ourselves and makes us have better self confidence, or it can be a bad thing because technically you aren't really dating and it isn't a real relationship like if you were dating in person instead of over the internet.

Online dating also can pose a lot of risks, you are meeting someone who you speak to through a screen, and perhaps eventually over the phone, but you don't know anything about the individual going into the situation, You don't know if they are even who they say they are. Make sure to exercise extreme caution when engaging in online dating.
