Who else should be involved in the curriculum design?

Topics, areas of study, or more specific types of things (since you use the term "design")?

If areas of study, I think philosophy should be added. Lower education (I actually mean high school most especially) hits Math, Reading, & Writing. The most important topics. But philosophy is an area that is not really available until College and I think it is just as fundamental (thinking about truth, reality, and the philosophy of science and inquiry). Psychology is another area that should be a bigger part of the pre-college curriculum (tips about learning, coping with stress, Social Psychology).

Two examples of fringe benefits?

Think of fringe benefits as "perks" offered by employers. Two common examples are:

1. Offering health insurance to employees, where the employer pays part or all of the insurance

2. Offering disability insurance. this allows employees to continue to have income in the event that they are disabled and cannot work. Most companies have both short term and long term disability insurance.

How should teacher talk to students?

well thet should be knid and give them lllooooaaadddssss of sweetsxx

That above is a bad example of what people think should happen.

In my opinion, a teacher should vary moods a little. Be calm and cheerful. Do not accuse someone of something they haven't done. Gather the proof and evidence before you fling accusations about. Help a student out. Don't focus on one child, look at them all. Be a role model to students.
