There may be a problem. If the baby has kicked before and has now stopped you need to see a midwife or ob/gyn. If the baby has not yet kicked you may be a little out with your dates. With your first baby you don;t generally feel it kick until 20 weeks. And if you are overweight it may be later than that.

How far along you are based on your LMP is called Gestational Age. Technically, in this method, for the first two weeks of your pregnancy, you aren't technically pregnant. What you found out at your sonogram was called Fetal Age, this is the actual age of your baby since conception. Conception usually happens two weeks after the first day of your last menstrual period so your sound like you are right on track. I am 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant according to my gestational age, and 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant according to fetal age.

Before birth is every fetus a boy?
'Before birth' a fetus could either be a boy or a girl (I'm just going to assume you mean before the woman goes into labour) The expression of the fetus' sex occurs around six weeks after conception. Before gonad differentiation the fetus has no sex (no testis or ovaries at this stage, so 'no sex'). After gonad differentiation it will either be a boy (testis) or a girl (ovaries).
To be more specific, every fetus starts out in a feminine direction unless several genes on the Y chromosome exist and trigger sex-differentiation in the other direction. So by "default," everyone would end up a girl if it were not for certain proteins on the Y chromosome (or technically even an X if it had these genes instead of the corresponding ones which usually exist there).
There are some males which are conceived missing the receptors for male hormones. So despite the sex-differentiation cascade, the fetus would develop outwardly as female, since although the Y-chromosome causes the adrenals to produce DHT to trigger the male differentiation, the body cannot use the DHT, and the male structures never completely form. Because of that, there are no inhibitors released to stop the development of female genitalia. But because the genes for female gonads does not exist, such girls end up with shallow vaginae, undescended testes (which are of no use to the body since they lack male hormone receptors to use testosterone), and delayed puberty. They do have female puberty because unused male hormones converts to estrogen in the body. That is something that steroid users learn the hard way, when they end up with feminine breasts in addition to muscles. They grow taller than other girls because the estrogen comes late. Usually, such girls are well-adjusted into the female role, and they may be given hormones and surgeries to make their features more typical for women.

Until he realizes he has a mental disorder and believes he nees help, he will not change. He will not think he is treating you bad. He will believe that you treated him bad and "weren't there for him." He will castigate and malign you to those you mutually know. He may seek you out again as a source of emotional/sexual supply or he will decide to be with another person who will provide what you did or give him even more attention and regard. If he feels he can replace you, he will. Narcissists are emotional vampires--they feed off of the feelings of others and give nothing in return. The only way you could stay in a long term relationship with one is by submlimating your own feelings, needs and desires, and going along with everything the narcissist wants. Again, this only works as long as the narcissist wants it to--if he bores of you or finds a "better" person to supply his needs, he will abandon you. Does this sound like a relationship you want to get back into?
Hello, Blood can be difficult to see on a ultrasound. Picture a ultrasound picture, the images are grey and hazy. Also if you are 4 weeks pregnant the pregnancy would not be visible on a ultrasound scan until you were 6 weeks pregnant. The only person who can accurately and thoroughly read a ultrasound is a Radiographer or a Obstetrician Doctor. I would make a appointment with your Doctor, have a pregnancy blood test performed and book a ultrasound scan for 2-3 weeks time. You need a quantitative beta HCG blood test to measure the level of HCG in your blood which will also tell you if your pregnancy is viable. Good luck.

It depends on the sex of the baby and how well the baby responds to treatment. It also depends on whether the baby gets sick while in the NICU. Girls are fighters, they leave 2-3 earlier than boys. 34 weeks is not too bad, the baby has a great chance of catching up and living a normal life. I would use google to search on "premature baby risks" and see what else you come up with.
