What does someone see if they only have peripheral vision?
I'm not entirely sure how accurate this is, as I'm just speaking from experience, but I only have a little peripheral vision in my left eye. When I close my right eye, there's a large dark spot (like what you see when you close your eyes) right in the center of my vision that "follows" my eye. If I look to the left, the dark spot goes to the left. I can see around the dark spot, but I can't focus on anything I see - just like peripheral vision. This is because if I try to look directly at something, the dark spot is in the way. For example, if I have a book sitting directly in front of me, and I close my "good" eye, I can only see the parts of the book that would be in my peripheral vision, and I can't read anything on it.
I imagine if someone's unfortunate enough to have this condition in both eyes, that would be basically what they see. I hope this answered your question, or at least gave you some insight (pun not intended...)!
Can Fibromyalgia cause inflammation of joints?
Fibromyalgia does not cause inflammation in the joints, but that does not mean that those suffering from Fibromyalgia may not also have inflammation. Inflammation can be caused by any number of things from food sensitivities to arthritis and autoimmune disorders. Many of those suffering from Fibromyalgia also suffer from a co-existing condition that causes inflammation. The most common causes of joint inflammation with symptoms that often overlap Fibromyalgia are Rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus. Other types of arthritis including gouty arthritis and psoriatic arthritis also have symptoms that overlap Fibromyalgia. Because something as simple as a food sensitivity can cause inflammation in the body, it can be very difficult to pinpoint the cause of inflammation when a specific diagnosis is not available.
Can you do liposuction with fibromyalgia?
I've had fibro
for 16 years. It is much better. However, a few weeks ago I have minor oral surgery and other dental work done. The same week I had a breast biopsy. To my surprise, my body was so traumatized that I wound up in bed for 3 days. Recently, we all had the stomach bug. Everybody was up the day after. It took me 3 days after to be able to function. Fibro
exacerbates pain and slows healing. Regardless, I plan to have laser lipo because my weigh is not going anywhere regardless of what I do. I will report of how this affected me.
