There is no universal file format, but most popular ones include jpg, png, gif, tiff, bmp, ico, svg, eps, pdf and psd.

A jpg otherwise known as jpeg is an image file. When you save an image from the internet .jpg or .jpeg is the default save extension.

To convert MENC files to JPG and MP3, you can use a combination of software tools. For MENC files that contain images, you can utilize image editing software like Photoshop or free tools like GIMP to open and export them as JPG. For audio conversions, use an audio converter like Audacity or online converters to change MENC files to MP3. MP4 files are essentially a refined version of QuickTime, designed for more efficient compression and streaming of multimedia content.

A zip file is a compressed archive and can be created with a variety of compression softwares. A zip file can be accessed and extracted within Windows without external software, but programs such as 7zip, WinZip and WinRAR are generally used to handle these files.
