How do you clean mop and glo from vinyl flooring?
Mop n Glo is a great product, I have used it for years for restoring old lamps and lighting fixtures; but that is not what you are asking....
Mop n glo will break down with ammonia, but because of the variety of original products that may have been used with you vinyl floor I would try a dilute solution in a corner or under the refrigerator or a stove. Then build up the concentration until it meets your needs. Good Luck.

Is hardwood floor install taxable?

Assuming you mean sheets measuring 4 feet x 8 feet... Six sheets exactly.
If this is a maths problem then:
The room is 12'4" by 13'4" ~= 144.44 sq ft
~= 144.44 ÷ 9 sq yd
~= 18.27 square yards
At 23.25 per sq yd this costs:
cost ~= 23.25 * 18.27
~= 424.81
If this is a real world question then:
Carpet normally comes in rolls 4m (13'2") wide from which a whole width strip is purchased. The 13'4" dimension is longer than this, so the 12'4" dimension will come from the width and the 13'4" dimension will be the required length of strip. However, a little excess is allowed for fitting and so a strip 13'6" long will probably be needed to be purchased. (The 10" excess on the width will be wastage.)
Thus the required carpet is about 13'2" x 13'6" = 19.75 sq yds
This will cost 19.75 x 23.25 ~= 459.19
There will also be underlay, carpet gripper and door bars to be factored into the cost.
Some carpets do come in 5m (16'5") wide rolls, but if allowing this for the wider dimension, it would require about 16'5" x 12'6" ~= 22.8 sq yds giving more wastage and cost.
How many 14 inch tiles are needed to cover 370 square foot room?
The area of the room is 370 sq ft = 370*12*12 sq inches
So number of tiles required = 370*12*12/(14*14) = 271.84
that is 272 tiles would be required.
However, that answer is good only for a mathematical exercise. In real life, you will not be able to use up all the off-cuts; there will be some breakages etc. So you should allow at least 5% more tiles.
