resize the picture first in adobe photoshop or even in photobucket or other softwares before you upload it in your friendster account..

this is a multi-stage process ... it takes some effort to get it working but it is worth it in the end

first, on Friendster's Upload Photos page, click the link for the "Windows XP Uploader Wizard" to download and install the registry file that enables the "XP Publishing Wizard" ... just click on "Open" in the Download Complete dialog or double click the xppubwiz.reg file ... now when you open My Computer and select your photo you will see a new option in the left-hand pane under "File and Folder Tasks" entitled "Publish this file to the Web" ... click on that to launch the Web Publishing Wizard

click Next and it will give you the opportunity to "Change Your File Selection" by checking and unchecking the corresponding boxes, but since the file you selected is already checked we can skip that ... now the wizard wants to know where you want to publish the file ... the first time you use the wizard you will probably only have one choice: "MSN Groups" ... if you have a Windows Live or .NET Passport ID you can use that; otherwise the wizard will help you create one ... so select "MSN Groups", then click Next and select a folder where you want your photo to be published

now, the whole reason we are going through this agonizing procedure is that your photo is too big to upload directly, so the wizard complains about the file size ... no problem, click Next and then Next again and the wizard asks if you want to resize the file ... check the Yes box and select whichever file size you like ... click Next again and the wizard will compress and upload your photo ... with any luck you will see that your upload was successful, so click Next and the wizard will inform you that you have successfully published your file and that a shortcut has been added to "My Network Places" ... so click Finish

but we are still only half way there ... now, open your Friendster page, go to the Upload Photos page and click on "Browse Files" just like normal ... remember that shortcut that was added in "My Network Places"? navigate to Desktop, then "My Network Places", then follow the long chain down to the folder where you published your photo ... double click your file and you are back at Friendster and you can click "Start Upload" ... mission accomplished

and now we get the pay off for all your hard work ... the next time you use the wizard to upload a large file, in addition to "MSN Groups", the wizard will offer you the "Friendster Bulk Upload" ... select that, click Next, enter your Friendster login info and select the album you want your photo to appear in ... now when the wizard has resized your photo it will be uploaded directly to the album you selected!!

one more bit of house-keeping ... you can still use your MSN Group folder to upload your photos to other sites, but you only have 3 MB for your files unless you buy extra space ... so you may have to delete some old files to make room for new ones

it depends on the situation.. if the user really meant to open some accounts that are somewhat offensive then that is not the fault of the friendster teams.. but if the users are not opening some profiles that are bad.. you can call friendster is safe,,, the friendster team is already cancelling accounts that are bad for the child users.. so we won't need to worry about it.

I had this problem and secretly i chose who i preferred and i stood up for myself you can't choose who you like best just say you want to be both their friend's don't have to have just 1 BFF.

no....dont buy that "just wanted to protect you" crap. Its still dishonesty and it was more so to protect herself than you. Even if she were being truthful now there will still be doubt and distrust in the back of your mind no matter what. Well, this was BEFORE you were with her..This is in the past..If she did this when you two were together than NO you shouldn't trust her..She might have felt it was unnessary to bring it up..I don't think you should make this a big deal..Worry about the relationship not the past.If she does this again;lie to you again..then you shouldn't trust her and end it..But this is just my opinion..It's up to you..You may feel differently about the situation so listen to yourself..If you feel like it will always cause problems in the relationship, then you know what to do..But if she is worth it give her another chance..
