Im not entirley sure how to fix it propally cause mine only opens by controller sometimes, but i know how to open it manually if it's stuck. With a small scalpel or pocket knife you must find a small rubber band (that helps the disk tray rotate) in side one of those gaps, and gentley stroke it donwards until the disk tray pops out, and you can remove the rest of it manually

As far as I know, no. As a matter of fact, LEGO Star Wars III - The Clone Wars video game will be released at the end of 2010. I can't find anything on it being discontinued. To double check though, look up "2011" on Wookiepeedia (The Star Wars Wiki). They give you a list of things that will happen in 2011. Hope this helped!
