What can you sculpt to get a good grade in art GCSE?

Your good grade will result more from the skill with which you sculpt, than from the skill with which you select a subject to sculpt. Any subject sculpted beautifully enough will become a beautiful sculpture. My personal choice would be to select your favorite superhero from the Avengers movie, and sculpt him or her. Your mileage may vary.

How does the National Curriculum work?

The National Curriculum was introduced after the 1988 Education Reform Act. The new curriculum "National Curriculum" split education up to the age of sixteen into four distinct stages: Key Stage 1 (years 1 to 3 of Primary School); Key Stage 2 (years 4 to 6 of Primary School); Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9 of Secondary School) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9 to 11 of Secondary School, when the GCSE curriculum is taught). Beginning with the core areas of English, mathematics and science and later expanding to cover a full range of subjects, the National Curriculum sought to standardise teaching across the country. What are the GCSE exams?

GCSE stands for General Certificate of Secondary Education, and is a basic qualification. The exam will be at a time set by the exam board, and you will sit in a room with an invigilator (someone who watches you to make sure you aren't cheating) and do the test independantly. Don't worry about it, all schools do mocks, where you will basically do a runthrough of the exams so by the time you get to the real thing you will be more than ready

Are there courses which allow you to do GCSE Online?

These days, the internet is pretty much invaluable in educational circles. Not so long ago, GCSE students seeking information had to hole themselves up in the library, searching through the Encyclopaedia Brittanica or cursing the person who'd already taken out the book they needed. These days however a veritable goldmine of information is available at your fingertips, at any time, on demand. E-learning websites abound, offering detailed online courses which can supplement school tuition or even allow students to complete courses through distance learning alone, opening up new possibilities for employment and further study. What classes are needed in high school to become a detective?

hello. the classes that you need for homicide detectives are government and some other ones that i don't know.

Hmmm that's a great question cause I want to become one too. I think it depends what kind of agency you want to work with- the FBI, INS, DEA etc. ok this is what I got so far: a international language and physical education. According to some of my research you need to be in good shape and be very familiar with a language like German, french & all those languages given in highschool. Overall there isn't much requirements you need. But I believe you first start out as a cop and move your way up to a detective. You are sent to a marine corps school in Virginia to train for 14 weeks.

I've just taken the 2011 exam and the words you really need to know are as following -

PITCH - How low/high

TONALITY - Is the music in major/minor key?

TEXTURE - How many different things are playing at once? Thin or Thick texture?

There are tons more but you'll definitely need these!

What GCSEs do you need to take to be a politician?

You need all the main ones such as Maths, English Lit. and Lang. and Science. A modern foreign language and probably something like History or Latin if you can.

The GCSE's aren't that important at all. Just get good grades in any subjects for that level.

When you get to A-Level, that's where you'll need particular subjects.

I've also heard that to have a good career in politics you should have a career in something different for a few years first and then you can go into politics.

Hope that helped :)
