PCI-E 2.0 ha s a higher bandwidth meaning more data can travel faster between the card in the slot and the motherboard/CPU. Im not sure of the exact numbers of data transfer speed but I'm sure the speed improvement is significant

Technically it is possible but it complicated and most likely expensive. Graphics cards are not made to be readily switched in laptops so the entire laptop would need to be disassembled and things like thermal compound (used on heatsinks) would need to be reapplied. shut your computer down. open up the left side of the computer. find the slot in the bottom left side of the motherboard where your agp card will fit and plug it in. put your computer back together and plug your monitor into the port on the video card. start the computer and go to nvidia.com to download the latest drivers for your card and install the drivers.

i think you need a new graphix card maybe even a new computer[exept moniter] because i have the same problem and because you need a new graphix card you need new pieces that go with the graphix card and besides the only way to insert a graphix card is by taking a part your computer in that case nobody really ever wants to do that so you end up stuck with a broke computer so buy a new computer with what you need that's what I'm goin 2 do.

Well my brothers computer likes to freeze sometimes because it gets too hot, and plenty other computers like to freeze, and when they do, it might be for this reason. Or the other reason is the complete opposite, having a crappy computer other than have one to powerful, it can't take the heat. Well my computer likes to freeze because it's a crappy computer and when I'm doing a million stuff at a time and it's trying to load too much at once, it'll freeze. I have some good Graphics cards for you and the best deals to find them. Well there are graphics cards that are called to be in the 9 series for nvidia, which is the company that makes them. The best one in the 9 series is the 9800 which 99% likely to be able to take these graphics on full. You can go to nvidia.com and look at their graphics cards and see some specs that say how much memory they have and that stuff. And there is also the 8 series which has a card called the 8800 which I'm not sure if it'll run those graphics on full, but they'll definitely be high.
