One such incident being the extra judicial killing of Shaka Blair of Buxton village. He was alleged to have close connections to certain high ranking officials in the PPP government. However he fell out of favor with the government after he was caught on audio tape negotiating a supposed drug transaction which he later claimed was a sting operation he was conducting on behalf of a foreign law enforcement agency.
