Can you put your mouse in a hamster cage?
Not really, they won't try to kill each other. I tried it because I had a mouse and a hamster but only one cage. I figured why not? Well, they didn't try to kill each other. It's just that the hamster, Nibbles, keeps stealing Lionel's (mouse) place. Like when Lionel was on the wheel, Nibbles tried to steal his place. Which lead to fighting. So it's alright if you put them together in a cage. Just remember to monitor them so the hamster doesn't try anything funny. But yeah, you can put a mouse in a hamster cage.
What happens if a hamster gets against the wheel?
Well on me he did it for 12 week and broke his wheel
What do fruit and vegetables give you?
Complex carbohydrates for energy and essential vitamins and minerals. Check the food pyramid.
It is always advisable to get any lumps checked out by your doctor. It could end up being nothing, but better safe than sorry.

Seeds and pellets are the dry food, which is a must for every hamster. They are found in Hamster mix, or as Budgie food (yes, you can feed hamsters the Budgie food as well).
Lettuce is harmful for the hamster's kidney and digestive system. Hamsters should be kept away from lettuce, even if they love it.
In their natural habitat hamsters eat a range of grasses, wind-blown seeds and grain. Hamsters are often mistaken as herbivores, but they are omnivores and do need protein in their diet to keep them healthy. Left alone in the wild, they will find grubs and insects to supplement their diet. The bulk of their diet is cereals and other hard foods which are chewed and digested slowly. This slow eating would make them easy targets in the wild, so they would normally bring their food back to their burrow to eat it in the safety of their own home. This also allows them to hoard spare food, in case it becomes difficult to find at a later date.
They have continuously-growing teeth which is why they need to gnaw hard material which helps wear down their teeth.
Hamsters need feeding every day. As they are nocturnal an evening feed is better for them. They will normally wake at feeding time and will be happy to play with you once they have been fed. A good quality, heavy, earthenware food bowl is essential to keep the food dry and clean. Plastic should be avoided as hamsters will chew it. Their bowls must be cleaned after every use. Do not give foods that contain whole oats as these can puncture hamsters' delicate cheek pouches.
Too much green food will cause diarrhea as a hamster's natural habitat is in dry deserts. If you feed your hamster human food, remember to avoid foods that are high in calories, sugary or contain too much fat. To help keep your hamster's teeth healthy, you need to provide lots of hay and perhaps a gnawing block and safe twigs to chew. Some natural treats you can provide your hamster in small amounts are parsley, carrot, apple, celery, broccoli, sprouts, cauliflower, kale, spinach, peas, swede, tomatoes, banana and cucumber.
Never give sticky foods, such as boiled sweets, as they will stick to their pouches.
Hamsters can eat veg, but NO fruit. Banana is fine, no iceberg lettuce (to wet) and only give them half an inch at a time of veg !

Always have hamster mix, also called hamster muesli, (you can buy this from your local pet shop) accessible for your hamster. You can also feed it the following: § Small pieces of carrot § Dandelion leaves § Clover § Scrambled egg Too many greens are bad for your hamster, so only feed them greens in small amounts.
you can get hamster food in any pet stores . but you can also give them some dried fruits like raisins. and the really like nuts ( peanuts, walnuts, chestnuts, almonds ...etc) . my hamster likes apples sliced up!
What is a high protein hamster food?

Do hamsters need a mineral wheel?

Is it all right for hamsters to eat any type of cheese or is there only one particular type for it?
I've read several places people saying it is OK, but my vet told me no. Some hamsters have adverse reactions to cheese and become very ill. Others will get diarrhea from it. I've had a hamster with diarrhea and it was not a pretty sight. Also foods that are solid, but become mushy with body heat can be a large problem if the little guy decides he wants to stuff it in his pouch for later.
There are a ton of other treats you can give him to keep him happy though. Small chunks of apple, fresh basil, carrots, celery, non sugary cereals, grapes, green beans, pears, squash, and sweet potato are just a few ideas.
Well, it varies from hamster to hamster, but there is no harm giving them pine nuts. Just don't give them too many otherwise they can get diarrhoea which is really bad for them, as fatty nuts and cheese can give them diarrhoea as my hamster had diarrhoea and like a week later it died!! Hope this helps :)
This was a jk question btw...
