You can give them very small pieces of apple, banana, carrot, and other tiny bits of fruit and veggies. Try not to give them stuff with a lot of acid like grapes or tomatoes. It is impossible to tell by physical examination alone when they are babies since their genitals are mostly internal, and the testes in the males often don't descend for a couple of months, if at all. Because of that issue and aggression - which can be fatal, it is usually safest to house hamsters individually. If you try to separate a large litter by gender, you may still end up with unintentional inbreeding. That is because the testes in the males sometimes don't fully descend or they descend late, thus leading to erroneous conclusions about their gender. Now, if you observe them attempting to mate, there is no mistake (though it may be too late to prevent pregnancy by the time you catch them), since the male's genitalia will be visible.

1. make sure that the wheel is solid and no bars.

2. make sure at night the cage is away for you since hamsters are nocturnal.

Yes they can. To prevent that from occurring never house a hamster in a cage that has wire floors, and keep the cage clean and dry.

There Is actually no way to make your hamster chew a toy, if your hamster feels its teeth need to be trimmed they with start chewing things. Hamsters often chose to chew on the Bars of the cage as it grinds their teeth really quick. I have got 2 Syrians and a Roborovski Dwarf, only 1 of the Syrians decide to chew. Eating their food also grinds their teeth down from time to time.

Yes, don't listen to him he's an idiot. I have crossbreeded a Black Convict Cichlid and a African Spotted Leaf Fish. Sadly, the young died from being killed by the alpha male of the tank, Goliath the male Jack Dempsey. They got in a fight and goliath ended up winning and breaking the jaw of the Black Convict and she almost died but I nursed her back to health. Goliath then killed the leaf fish when the convict couldn't help fight. But back on track, you can breed any fish of the similar size color or aggressiveness. But you have to be careful that the young don't have deformities! Good luck!
