There is no law or electoral rule that prevents previous candidates for the presidency for trying their chances again in subsequent elections. Assuming that Bernie Sanders is still alive and physically fit enough to be President, it would be perfectly legal for him to run again for any political party or as an independent.

It is stated in many psychology texts that many times a man who is not brought with a father figure in the home and only by women, particularly many women may end up having serial partners or even sexual addictions problems. Bill was unfortunately raised without his father (who I believe died when he was very young) or any father figure for that matter. This is a question that I would love to ask MANY guys!!! I would say his affair is a lack of confidence!!! He might have thought at the time, that he did have the restraint he needed. After all, he was married a long time ago. Maybe he didn't realize how ugly Hillary would get. LOL I have no idea why people think other famous people such as a President is any different than the rest of us. Many marriages in politics are marriages of convenience and serve to empower the person running in senate or for presidency. Now Nancy Reagan did love her husband and was very loyal to him. The Kennedy men were extremely unfaithful to their wives, but, they were good men and JFK was a fantastic president. Cheating always brings a price ... Kenny paid for it, Clinton paid for it, etc. I had no problem with Bill Clinton cheating (knew he was just human) but had a problem with him glaring into the cameras and lying to the American people and putting the blame on Monica. Although not too bright, (Monica was old enough to know what she was getting into) he was not a man about owning up to his large part in their relationship and hung her out to dry. This is another of those internet myths, spread by her husband Bill Clinton's political opponents; the myths were first spread in print magazines by conservatives who disliked the Clintons. But there is no credible evidence to support these accusations, nor any proof such events ever took place. Sadly, the myths continue to be spread. But that does not make them accurate.
