Is Home Depot using Re-Bath for subcontractors fix bathroom tubs and showers?
Yes they do. But I would check around on getting tile installed. The prices for those franchise products are ridicules compared to a "real" bath remodel. Any contractor can give you a price that is much much better and with "real" tile not the fake plastic coating. ----
Is jeans and a shirt all right to wear to a job interview at a home depot for cashier position?
Not recommended. Even though the work environmenyt is 'casual', the interview process is formal If a woman, wear a business type dress or, better yet, a skirt and blouse and jacket. If a man, wear a suit. No kidding. As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." I bet you wil get the job. Or you could wear some nice dress pants, even nice khakis, a blue or white shirt, tie and jacket

Associates are central to Home Depot's success and our values are part of the fabric of the company. Values are beliefs that do not change over time. They are what we believe in, what we do, and what govern our decisions on a day-to-day basis. They are the principles and standards for the framework upon which Home Depot is built. Home Depot's unique culture is built on associate dedication and a commitment to an "orange-blooded" entrepreneurial spirit.
1. Taking care of our people: The key to our success is treating people well. We do this by encouraging associates to speak up and take risks, by recognizing and rewarding good performance and by leading and developing people so they may grow.
2. Giving back to our communities: An important part of the fabric of The Home Depot is giving our time, talents, energy and resources to worthwhile causes in our communities and society.
3. Doing the right thing: We exercise good judgment by "doing the right thing" instead of just "doing things right." We strive to understand the impact of our decisions, and we accept responsibility for our actions.
4. Excellent customer service: Along with our quality products, service, price and selection, we must go the extra mile to give customers knowledgeable advice about merchandise and to help them use those products to their maximum benefit.
5. Creating shareholder value: The investors who provide the capital necessary to allow our company to grow need and expect a return on their investment. We are committed to providing it.

How do you calculate Home Depot success sharing?
Check your "My Benefits" under your apron it will show you how much you would receive if your store "maxes out" on its sales plan. The checks are figured by distributing a percentage of the profits above sales plan. On the schedules it shows how much each department is supposed to make each day. Somewhere in "My Apron" it lists which stores in which division made sales plan and whether or not they "maxed out". Hope this helps
How much would Home Depot be to buy?
The total value of Home Depot's stock is approximately 1.69 billion US Dollars. However, you do not need to buy all stock to be said to "own" a company. Buying one share - as of May 13, 2010, a little under $36 - would qualify you as an owner.
To have substantive input, you would want to be an "insider", which is to say you'd want to own 5% or more of the shares, which would cost you $80,000,000.
To have control, you'd need to either persuade 51% of a variety of the Insitutional, Mutual and Individual owners to vote your way, or simply buy 51% of the shares, which would cost you $816,000,000.
So, $36 to own, $80,000,000 to have a say, and $816,000,000 to have control.
Certainly - however, sometims the 3rd space can only accomodate a golf cart, none the less, it is still a car space and counts as 3 car garage.

What is the base pay for floor supervisor at Home Depot?
i am a supervisor at the home depot in small town Texas, over lumber, building materials, and millworks. i have found out that supervisor's make (average that is) between 12-18 an hour. larger cities like the dfw area and larger stores such as A or B stores (I'm from a C store, E being the smallest) will make more. where you live in the country and how many years exp. and your pay rate now (and age) will also depend on how much you make. i was promoted after working only 1 year and seven months, so i didn't make too much before i was promoted, and now I'm one of the lowest paid department supervisors......with the most responsibility and work....but I'm looking at it as one more step toward becoming an ASM or Store Manager.... and that's where you start making pretty good money.....especially with bonuses :) being an assistant manager you will start off between 42,000-52,000 and you can get up to 60% of you total salary in one bonus check!!! talk about good incentives!!..... anyway hope this helps out

Are home building products cheaper at Lowe's or at The Home Depot?
Lowes often has better or higher end product.
Home Depot tends to have the best price although the product choice and quality is not always the same.
Like Walmart vs Target Low price but not as pretty. Home depot has special contracting deals worked out to make better known names like Anderson windows and doors for instance, and others companies make their products inferior to that companies normal quality standards, then Home Depot markets and boasts the high quality of these companies in there stores. Many instances come about with Anderson for instance as hardware issues with the Home Depot / Anderson version. Many quality contractors having problems installing cheaper inferior doors with faulty hardware provided. Screws sizes could be smaller than called for in the instructions making nightmare installation issues for contractors/homeowners making correct installations imposible with whats provided. Many times the contractor is blamed attempting to finish the job in the normal time but leaves the door with inferior installation, or needs to be a machinist with all the hardware to fix the mess created by cutting corners to save money. While the customers enjoying the indulgance into retail homeowner chop shops like prices Lowes but mainly Home Depot problems from contractors to tool buyers to appliances purchasers are feeling the quality creep from the normal quality America is used to or expects. Lets face it you get what you pay for...
