Honestly, there is no legal answer to this question. It really depends on the two people involved. Since both people are paying the mortgage regardless of percentages (you can't put a percentage on the title) both people are entitled to the property. If something were to go sour between the two people it is not fair that either should lose what they put in. So the ideal adult thing to do would be to have both names on the title because you both agreed to buy it together.

Home depot is old in Canada now, and we still cannot find an e-mail address for customer support. If anyone has one, could you please post it? and who is the highest person representing Home Depot Canada, maybe we could write directly to him.

There is a website for myapron to access your schedule through the new FAST system and, and to apply for new positions as an employee, to fix benefits and whatever, but to access the tool belt i think you have to be on a store computer because they will not let you do monthly quizzes and things without being on the clock. you have to get paid for the things you do for home depot.
