What do you mean by "lower uterus"? Do you mean in the cervix? Or Vagina?

Monogamy is not necessarily a "requirement" for placement of an IUD. However, it is VERY highly recommended that you be in a monogamous relationship, as IUDs do not offer protection from STDs (sexually transmitted diseases), and complication rates increase DRAMATICALLY in the event a woman contracts an STD with an IUD in place. We hopefully a 5 year old hasn't been having sex, that would be both wrong and Illegal. It wouldn't matter anyway because a 5 year old hasn't been through PUBERTY and her sexual organs haven't developed so NO a 3 year old cant get pregnant,
