There is no "better" product of the two, as the ipod touch and droid were based on essentially the same programming. It all comes down to personal prefrence. Apple can offer you more support and cleaner theme and look, while droid can offer you variety in touch-screen multimedia, and has a somewhat newer, more modern theme. No there is not, iPod touches can not use 3G. Only wifi. Also you cant get a cable to connect them anyway.
