Your ipod isn't playing your music?
To reset your iPod: 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.) 2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step. Tip: If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center. If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

What were the Blockbuster movies of September 2007?
What were the blockbuster movies for September 2007?
Apple company
Wrong. Most iPods are made mostly by Inventec, some are made by Foxconn and Asustek. Apple does some some final assembly, but very little. BTW: No large computer company makes their own stuff. There are companies, such as Quanta, Compal, etc that Sony, Dell, Apple, Compaq, IMB, etc use to build their stuff. Sorry, but it is true. They design, then rebrand.
All thanks to the 39.5% US corporate tax. Highest in the world.
How long does the iPod Touch last on full charge?
TO INCREASE BATTERY USAGE:
Apple suggested to extended batter duration during usage is to turn off auto brightness, set the brightness to lowest, turn off WiFi under settings when not using it, turn off location services under settings, turn off blue tooth, do not use any volume EQs if you want to, set it on flat to make sure less battery usage is saved, turn off lock sounds, turn off keyboard click, for 3G set volume level on the ipod touch to very minimal. Make sure to keep the battery u fat somewhat charged do not let the battery fully die.
Charge time to fully charge battery is 3-4 hours according to apple support as well.
Additional input:
- I was wondering the same issue, I had called apple support thinking my ipod touch battery was bad, it was brand new and only lasted a few hours on usage with full charge, i was concerned since my ipod video classic lasted days without being recharged, the average battery life of a fully charged battery on any ipod touch memory size is 6 hours of video play back, 3 hours of video games, less if its 3D games, and about 10 hours for music. and about 7 hours of wifi, NOT TOTAL, do not think that all these hours is the total amount all together of battery life your ipod touch has on a full charge, For example, if you only use music no video or internet or games, fully charged your ipod touch will last about 10 hours,
- On sleep mode (ipod is on but not being used, black screen) battery will last for 22 hours.
USING:
- Music only - 10 hours on AVG
- Video (play back) only - 6 hours
- Games only (not 3D) - 3 hours on AVG
- 3D Games - 2 hours on AVG
- Combination of all - 3 to 5 hours
- well i would let it drain out of battery because it should already be charged! and i would also charge it at daytime. when ure at home and were u can keep an eye on it.
"thanx this really helped i had the same problem with my ipod touch i use it all the time and it ran out of battery the sameday i had charged it"

How do you make apps on ipod touch work?
I had the same problem and if you had lots of apps and none of them were working then i wouldn't restore it and i managed to fix it without restoring it.
Simply download a free app from the app store and your done mine all worked!!!
However, it mostly depends on the situation. Some apps do not work on the iPod Touch with the newest software that came out with the iPhone 3G S because some apps require updating, and use too old of a software format that doesn't work with the newest iPod Touch software. Unless the app is updated, it will never work.
Why are apps not compatible with your ipod touch?
Do you mean downloaded apps from a site other than iTunes e.g. www.appulo.us?
If so it means that in order to install them on your ipod you will have to jailbreak it and install MIPatch from hackulo.us from cydia.
How do you transfer music from iTunes to the iPod Touch?
First, you need to have iTunes 8.0 or later and a charging cable for your iPod Touch (iTunes 8.0 or later is required to work with the iPod Touch). Here is a step-by-step process on how to transfer music from iTunes to your iPod Touch:
- Connect your iPod Touch to the computer, and then open iTunes.
- Wait for iTunes to recognize your iPod Touch, which will show in the navigation bar at the left.
- Go to Music in the navigation bar.
- Select all music you wish to transfer to the iPod Touch.
- (Optional) On a PC, you can choose individual separate songs in a group by holding the Control (Ctrl) key and clicking all songs you want to choose. On a Mac, you can choose individual separate songs in a group by holding the Command/Apple key while clicking on all songs you want to choose.
- Click and drag one highlighted song (if a group is selected, it will drag the rest with it) onto the iPod menu in the navigation bar.
- Wait for it to transfer the music. Depending on how much music you are transferring, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to five minutes or more.
- After syncing is done (which you can tell by looking at your iPod Touch screen because it shows the word 'Sync in Progress' if it is syncing) you have successfully transferred music to your iPod Touch.
- To insure a safe and complete disconnection, click the eject button next to the iPod Touch menu in the navigation bar. Once the iPod Touch menu disappears, it is safe to remove the cord.
- Now just listen to your iPod Touch!
So far, as far as I can tell, you can only equalize graphically music when you are in the act of recording it or converting it in iTunes. Apple has not implemented a useable graphic EQ for iPhone or iTouch. This is a terrible thing because all headphones require different EQ settings and the generic ones that come with the device are not adequate in any way. It does however have a built-in limiter which helps things a bit so right now the only way to equalize these things is to go test drive as many different headsets as you can and find one that actually sounds decent.
Also, for those of us who require more volume, seems we are out of luck there unless someone makes a headset with a head amp built in to boost volume.
