You may need to check your Wi-Fi settings. If you have changed your router's password/WEP key then you will need to update your iPod's settings to the same password or WEP key.
If you are certain you haven't changed any settings first try turning your iPod off and on again.
If this fails to yield success try turning your router off for 30 seconds to a minute and turning it back on. (Do this by simply unplugging the router from the mains.)
If you're still not getting anywhere resetting the router to it's factory defaults will more than likely solve the issue.
