If you mean Internet videos then it's your connection often not being fast enough for viewing certain online videos. Or sometimes the web site gets busy and the video stops loading as quick or at all because more website viewers are using up band width. If your connection is wireless please make sure you are close to you wireless router. If it's wired it could be you modem. In either case if you have more than one device connected to you router/modem then the speed of the internet you receive will slow.

Quit the iTunes software before you start.

Your songs are stored (in Mac OS X and Windows 7) in a folder called iTunes within your Music folder (in earlier versions of Windows it will be in My Music within the My Documents folder). In that iTunes folder find the file called iTunes Library and drag it out onto your desktop.

Go back into the iTunes folder and find another folder called Previous iTunes Libraries. In there find the latest version (it will be called iTunes Library Year-Month-Day) and drag that out into the main iTunes folder to replace the old iTunes Library file you removed.

Rename your new file iTunes Library (by removing the date part) and then relaunch the iTunes software and it should now be able to find your songs again.

You probably synced it to a new computer. Correct me if I'm incorrect. Does your mom have music on a different computer? If your mom does, you can open up itunes>go to file> library> back up. Then do the following procedures. Go to your current computer your iPhone is synced in, and then drag all your songs to itunes. Hope this helped.
