To set up wifi you need

* a wireless router

* a fast isp (internet service provider), and

* some network cables

Questing is the best way to get money, but another good way is selling things you find on the ground. Diamonds are worth roughly 4k a piece and you can find them lying around on Desert Isle randomly.

An awesome way to get money is by selling 50 diamond necklaces at the Rock Isle rock shop. :) This gets a little over 600k. First, gather 50 gold ores and travel to Cat Isle to craft them into gold chains. Do that until you have 50 gold chains. Then collect diamonds. You can do this by searching the Desert (you can also find horses with this), collecting 25 scorpians and giving them to Charlotta, the spider on Dust Isle (she will give you a diamond for 25 of them), mining them on Pirate Isle, and buying them (though I don't recommend this xD). Then you can craft the diamond necklaces on Cat Isle.

One diamond necklace: One gold chain, one gold ore, and one diamond.

When you jailbreak, you are modifying the software rented out to you by Sony. This breaks the terms and conditions that you agreed to previously. It can also be considered illegal because many people will use their consoles that they jailbroke to pirate games. Sony even took action against the person who developed the jailbreak for PS3, George Hotz, in court.

Jailbreaking your PS3 will not likely get you in any legal trouble with Sony - the worst that could happen would be that you would get banned from PlaystationNetwork. When you jailbreak, you also run the risk of a "brick", in which your PS3 breaks and becomes useless due to a software update error usually.

So, in short, no, I would not consider it legal. But I do not really care if people do it or not. My answer could easily be debated by someone else as to why they have the right to jailbreak something they payed for, so there is no real answer.

First, You need to put your Ipod into DFU mode.
