You press the HOME BUTTON + SHUT DOWN BUTTON at the same time and hold until your iPod turns off and an apple symbol pops out. (it may take few seconds) Then you will have to connect your iPod to your computer (with itunes on it). Download the new software and follow the instructions.

press and hold both the power button and the select button (the round button below the touch screen) and it shuts down the ipod. if its crashed so badly that it wont turn on afterwards then plug into the computer and leave for a while until the starting screen comes on. hope this helped :)

If your Ipod freezes, than you must have corrupt the system; and the only way to solve it, is by resetting it. What I did when my Ipod freezes is:

1. Let the battery die out and turn it back on after *Don't even try. WASTE OF TIME*
2. Plug it back into my USB slot and restart it from my PC or laptop *I DO THAT MOSTLY*

you mean when you open your ipod and write your password oh you just go to pictures and you'll see in the right a small screen pointing on it an arrow just click it and chose "set as background" there you go you did it . :)

The first thing you need to do is plug in your ipod. Then you need to delete the songs you want to delete from your ipod from your itunes music library. You do that by clicking on the song (make sure it's highlighted) and then pressing the delete button on your keyboard. It can be but you have to be careful.. I would go to SiteAdvisor from McAffee (i don't know how to spell that sorry) and make sure it has no viruses or spam.. because then it's probably illegal. Lime Wire is safe I checked it, plus I have it.

All in all, yes you can but obviously if your iPod is big enough for the movie.

Usually the USB port - flat, rectangular port that is about 1/2 inch in length. Look at the size of you Ipod plug and that will indicate where to plug it in to your computer.

i hope you did not pay to much for it because you got ripped off it is not apple certified my ihome does the same thing because its not an ihome the brand is icraig it wont charge because the makers of icraig did not feel like paying the money for a contract to get certified

go to my computer click on your mp3 player icon it could possibly under drive f: open it up click on the song you want to delete go to the left hand side of the screen and there will be a button saying delete from device click it will delete it.

you could also go to the windows media player and click syncronize on the right hand side their should be column with the items of music on it click the song you want to delete and then right click it. it will say delete and then delete it
