If the screen will not turn on, even if you press the home button or the sleep button, there is a possibility that you turned it off. To turn it back on, just hold the sleep button until it turns on.

If the screen is black with an apple logo, this means that you may need to restore your Ipod. To do this, plug your ipod into your computer, and when the apple logo is there, press and hold the sleep button and the home button until the screen is completely off. Then let go of the sleep button but not the home button and hold it until itunes pops up on your computer. Then it should say something about needing to restore the ipod. Press restore and wait. Voila! Restored ipod.

BTW----> Restoring your ipod will delete any information currently stored on your ipod (music, contacts, calender dates, notes,ect...)

No initialy you cannot setup any model of the "Zune Mp3 Player" without the "Zune Software". But after you setup the Zune INITALY you can find various hacks (depending on the model of your Zune) that will allow other software such as "Itunes" or "Windows Media Player" to be able to sync with the Zune. But i do not personaly recommend this because you cannot arrange your music properly, such as you cannot add a playlist to it.

The iphone 5 is doing well in service so why not?

Go onto iTunes and buy or upload some songs. Then connect your iPod to your computer and it should automatically sync them onto your iPod.

Well it depends on your ipod generation. Just go on youtube and type in

"iPod(your ipod's Generation) jailbreak untethered"

The more devices connected to your ISP, the slower it will perform overall. Your iPod's connectivity to the Internet is determined by the WiFi service you are connected to. Again, this is outwith your control unless it is your home WiFi. Upgrading your WiFi router or switching ISPs may improve connectivity, however it may simply be contention with one or more of your neighbours' WiFi. Try utilising a different channel, one that isn't quite so congested, and you may get better results.
