Sorry, but the last person said that deleting apps (creating storage) makes you download faster. This is wrong. Also, doing two things on WiFi at the same time slows down other things. So if you want to download faster on you iPod, its best to stand closest to your Wi-Fi router (where the signal comes from). And if no one is using the Wi-Fi except you, then downloading the app will be much faster.

Well, to put songs onto your ipod, you hook it up to a computer,and when you hook your ipod up to a computer, it charges anyway, and so you really don't need to worry about that. But yes, it would be better if it was charged.

on an ipod nano you can play games, watch videos, listen to the radio, listen to music, and record videos. you cannot take pictures. i may not have a nano but i am gonna get it. i suggest you get one to. if u want to record videos then u might wanna get the 5th or 6th generation. the other generations have screens that are really small. if u wanna learn more about them type in ipod nano and itll tell u about it. the one im getting is the thinnest one.

you have to have itunes. you plug in your iPod then you just wait until your iPod shows up in itunes then you just drag the song(s) into the music file of your iPod on itunes and it should work that's what i have to do with my iPod nano chrismatic or sumfing like that

My first suggestion would be to contact Apple Care. They will let you know first off if you are in your 90 days of phone support, if you are they will let you know if you are still in warranty. But a broken screen is considered a cosmetic damage, which is not supported by warranty. You can possibly "repair" it but it is normally cheaper to just buy a new one. If you didn't purchase the Apple Protection Plan, you will be charged extra for repair as well for shipping costs.
