Monopolistic competition can bring the following advantages:
Words that describe touch include hold, grasp, feel. Also could be reach for, play with, manipulate or even form in some cases.
That depends a great deal on how you define the term "multiply". If you mean each cell divides - doubling the number of bacteria, the it would be half full at 11:59 PM and double to twice that 1 minute later at 12 AM, i.e. 2 x ½ = 1 (12 AM is midnight - see the discussion below) . Of course if by 12 AM you meant Noon - then the answer would be 11:59 AM.
If the multiplication factor is other than 2, the answer would have to be modified accordingly.
Convention has it that 12 midnight is called 12 AM, which comes after 11:59:59 pm, and thus the day starts with am. In other words the date in the calendar change at midnight and that moment is called 12 AM.
You could, of course , use a different system to avoid this confusion such as the 24-hour clock. There, the beginning of the day (12 AM or 12 midnight) is denoted by 0000 hours, and the last minute of the day starts at 2359 hours (equivalent to 11:59 pm). So the time after noon is denoted by numbers from which 1200 should be subtracted to get the time as per 12-hour clock.

An "employee" can be anyone who works for an employer and who receives wages for payment for their work. A "contract worker" can be, but not necessarily is, someone who's duties are set out in an agreement between them and the employer that calls for that individual to perform certain duties or obtain certain results that were set out in that contract. There is no real legal definition of an "employee" and indeed the contract worker can be considered an "employee" of the company that hires them UNLESS they are Independent Contractors who actually work for themselves and hire themselves out to companies for certain duties.
It typically takes four semesters which are usually spread out over a two year period to get an associate's in business management. That time frame would be for a full time student and would take longer if only attending school part time.

Most businesses hiring mechanical engineers want applicants with at least a BS in mechanical engineering and an EIT (Engineer in Training) certificate or preferably a PE (Professional Engineer) certificate.
In amplitude modulation, modulation depth refers to the ratio of the unmodulated carrier amplitude to the amplitude deviation for which the modulated carrier wave reaches its minimum value. If this minimum value is zero, the modulation depth is 100%.
For amplitude modulation,modulation depth = (a-b)/(a+b),
wherea is the unmodulated carrier amplitude, and
b is the minimum amplitude deviation.
The modulation depth ratio is also referred to as the modulation index.
Sharp mind, eyes, and quick reflexes will help you to board passengers, embark on voyages, tend ropes, lines, sails, and/or motor(s), clear the decks, swab the decks, stow anything properly where everyone can find it, deliver messages to/from anyone else on board, follow Captain's orders (to the letter, preferably) watch for other vessels or sailing dangers (there are many), listen and relay radio messages, paint the boat/ship while it is moving, dock the craft & disembark passengers. Smile. Direct further questions to the Captain.

It is best to tread careful with this question. Keep it light. Maybe you disagreed on the best way to accomplish a project but you deferred to your boss. Or, maybe you disagreed on where to hold the company Christmas party.
