Kenya wasn't mentioned in the Bible, by name, because it did not become 'Kenya' until 1895 (1920) when England took it over as a colony. It wasn't an independent republic until 1964. Ethiopia, however, is, several times, mentioned in the Bible (2 KIngs 19:9/Esther 1:1/Esther 8:9/Isaiah 18:1/Isaiah 20:3-5/Isaiah 45:14/) along with Egypt (Genesis 12:10-11)and Libya(Acts 2:10). The land area of what is now Kenya borders Ethiopia, so may have been included, just not by name.
