Drink plenty of water ahead of time take the sure gel two hours before wait a bit then urinate, after that drink a 20oz. bottle water to refill your bladder with clean water because the sure gel prevents toxins from reaching your stomach contents. And your ready to go; ALSO don't forget to take B vitamins(ESPECIALLY B2) which are responsible for turning that water into a yellow urine color! If you don't take them your urine will be too clear and they'll call you out on dilution and make you retake it later.
