#22 is used by Syracuse (one of the university powerhouses) as a number reserved for their greatest players. To anyone who follows university lacrosse, #22 signifies many of the greats who have played the game, especially at Syracuse who just happened to wear it.... sort of like #99 in hockey always conjures up images of Wayne Gretzky. 2. ILLEGAL CROSS-CHECK - 1 Minute suspension from play (Penalty Box)

Pushing a player with your stick when your hands are wide apart on the stick. A legal cross-check requires your hands must be close together in the stick's center.

3. TRIPPING - 1 Minute suspension from play (Penalty Box)

ILLEGAL BODY CHECK - 1 Minute suspension from play (Penalty Box)4 illegal body checking occurs when you check an opponent, who doesn't have ball possession or if he is within five yards of a loose ball, or for checking an opponent above his shoulders or below the waist when you only have one hand on your stick, or for checking an opponent after he/she passes or shoots the ball.

5. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT5 Obtain a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct if you argue, taunt or use obscene language or gestures. Players and coaches may receive penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct. == 1. OFFSIDES -- if your team has less than four players on the defensive side or at least three players on its offensive side of the midfield line. Violation results in possession turnover at midfield.

2. WARDING OFF - using your free hand or arm, when cradling the ball with your other hand, to shove, hold or control in any way your opponent's stick. Violation results in a change of possession penalty.

3.HOLDING - Impeding your opponent's movement or his stick mobility.

4.INTERFERENCE - interfering with your opponent's movement, unless she has ball possession, the ball is in the air within five yards of you, or both you and your opponent are within 5 yards of a loose ball.

5. SCREENING - moving into and making contact with a defensive player when you're on offense with the intent of blocking him/her from the player he/she is guarding.

6. STALLING - your team intentionally runs time off the clock by holding the ball and not conducting offensive play.

7. CREASE INFRACTION - entering the crease as an offensive player. A defensive crease infraction results from a defensive player entering the crease with the ball or from a goalie re-entering the crease with the ball.

There really is no "best head". Everybody prefers different things. I mean of course there are some heads that are better than others, but its like trying to say which car is the best. Usually for defense you qould want a nice stiff head to give hard poke checks without bendingso you could go with the revo pro or the stiffi.for attach usually they go with lightness so you could go with the torque. For middie you could sue anything but you would want a nice and flexable head if you faceoff.

Males are allowed to check and females can't. Also females cradle across the body and males cradle up by the head. The males also have different strung sticks the females

Actually the only difference is that men can hit and women can't but that's not say women don't hit cause it happens. Women use the same strung stick in box it is only different in field lacrosse.
