Much will depend upon the type of boat you are using. However, given you are using a power boat that travels at about 12 knots it will take you will need to travel down the River Thames into the North Sea, turn south and sail through the Straits of Dover, and then sail to Paris up the River Seine. Depending upon wind, tides, weather, etc, it should take you about 24 hours.
