If you do not pay your loan and leave the country can they sue you in the country you moved to?
Hi there,
I'm going to base this answer on the loan system from the UK. It is possible to leave the country whilst owing a lot of money, the creditors can't follow you, especially if your target country doesn't speak English. You have any idea what a legal translator charges an hour? Also the manpower and time involved would cost more to find you than what the debt is worth, unless you're talking about millions.
In the UK, student loans are only paid back when you begin to earn over £15,000 a year, if you never make this amount a year the debt will be written off after 15 years.
Personal loans are slightly different however, a defaulted loan is written off after 3 years and the default is taken off your credit file after 6 years. It is possible to take out a loan and leave the country without the danger of being sued for fraud. All you have to do is pay the first 3 months of payments for the loan then cancel the direct debit. By doing this it shows you have tried to make the payments, and not just have taken out a loan and dissapeared. It is evidence against them suing you for a pre-meditated crime. This is after all a civil offence not criminal, you can't be arrested and put in jail.
If you are going to flee, I'd go to a country that has no or very basic electronic national information database, south America is a good example where wealthy criminals choose to launder money. People don't share information via computer, it's all paper documentation, stamps and seals, hence the abundance in solicitors and notaries. South America is great, food is fantastic, kids respect their fathers.
I hope this has answered your question.!
Thanks,
PP
What information do you need to apply to get a business loan?
Most business lenders will want Two or three years' worth of tax returns, recent financial statements for the company, and a statement of how you intend to use the funds is needed for most of the business lenders. If it's a small company, they'll also need the income tax returns from the previous two years, as well as a personal net worth statement. For a hassle-free loan procedure I would suggest you to apply at Lendingkart.
Sister and you own a house joint tenantship If she dies is the house paid off?
No, the joint tenancy only refers to the deed. You would have to rearrange the loan, perhaps by refinancing it. This is something you both should discuss. One possibility is for you each to buy term insurance in the amount of the outstanding mortgage so that the survivor could pay it off.
If you choose a Fannie Mae lender then the requirement for self employed is 6 months into the prior tax year and Freddie mac is one day. The problem occurs is that a self employed person often shows income less than minimum wage which does not allow them to qualify for much of a mortgage.
If you show strong adjusted gross income, high credit scores, and have money for at least 5 percent down, then a Fannie Mae loan would be the best chance. Under the new Fannie Mae system, the risk factor has improved to be the same as a w-2 borrower.
Because not all lenders accept the fannie Mae approval, I would consider calling Flagstar Bank.
Can you obtain equity home loan with a chapter13?
If it has been a year or more and your credit rating has come back to almost 700, you may find a loan. However, since home values are uncertain, you may be better off finding money elsewhere. The exception would be if your home NEEDS repairs and you do not currently have the funds.
How can a person with bad credit get a business loan?
If your personal credit is completely separate from your business credit, you can increase your chances of getting a business loan.
Does house insurance cover a mortgage if the holder dies?
NO Home Owners insue covers the Home. You might look to Mortgage Insurance for paying a mortgage.
If a Single person dies what happens to his mortgage?
The mortgage is still attached to the property. An heir can take over any interest in the property, as assigned by the probate court, but the heir will need to secure financing to cover the amount of money owed on the mortgage(s). If you're asking whether the mortgage goes away, no, the debt remains attached to the property until the debt is satisfied. Some banks offer "Credit Life" insurance which covers the mortgage, but it usually costs extra.
yes you can aslong as it 's under $1150.00 if over need to wait 60 day !@!@!!
Can you file bankruptcy on a second mortgage and multiple credit cards?
It depends on what you want to do with the house secured by the second mortgage and which chapter of bankruptcy you file. First, regarding the credit cards, yes you can always file on multiple credit cards so long as they were not used in anticipation of bankruptcy. Generally it is a good idea to wait at least 90 days since any card was used before filing the bankruptcy case, and DO NOT make any charges once you think you may file bankruptcy. The run-up-the-cards-before-filing-bankruptcy technique many people think is so clever may be deemed fraud and can result in a federal lawsuit (called an Adversary Proceeding) and repayment of the debt plus attorneys fees. Second, regarding the second mortgage: If you want to keep the home, the second mortgage must be kept also UNLESS you are filing Chapter 13 AND the amount of the first mortgage exceeds the value of the home at the time of filing. So, in the vast majority of cases, if you file bankruptcy you are stuck with all mortgages if you want to keep the home. By way of example of the rare instance when a junior mortgage can be discharged in bankruptcy, say your home is worth $100,000, and you owe $101,000 on your first mortgage. If you file Chapter 13 (repayment plan), you can "strip" the second mortgage (and third, fourth, etc) since the amount owed on the first mortgage exceeds the value of the home. In Chapter 7, you have to keep all mortgages regardless of the value. Another example, say you owe $99,999 on the first mortgage and the home is worth $100,000, and you have a second mortgage on which you owe $50,000. The entire $50,000 second mortgage survives no matter what chapter of bankruptcy you file because it is secured by $1. Yes, only $1 can commit you to the entire second mortgage. The better rates go to those who have the higher credit ratings. If you have a credit rating below 680, your rate will be affected. Downpayment of 20% may also help, but generally there are also differences in rates according to the amount you borrow.

Sometimes this things happen. Sometimes people enter into hardship and are unable to keep up with their mortgage payments. In some cases the lenders don't want to cooperate with the borrowers for example giving them time to sell the property or make some type of payment arrangement. And eventhough real estate usually appreciates in value, it is not always the case. In some cases borrowers will try to sell the property but the market is too slow or very low. People are simply not buying property and if the lender is not willing to wait, there is no possibility of selling the property before foreclosure happens. Sometimes a short sale maybe a possibility but again it also depends on the lender.

How do you establish business credit?
The best way to start establishing your Business Credit is first, Decide on and register your business name. Second, get a free Federal Tax ID Number (TIN not to be confused with an ETIN which is for employers) from the I.R.S. and establish your business name by actually engaging in your chosen business venture. Every creditor in the U.S.A. is going to ask for your Federal Tax ID Number ( aka "TIN" number ) on a business credit or loan application. This is because your TIN number is used by Credit Bureaus like Equifax, Experian to identify your Business credit profile in the same way as your SSN would be used to pull up your personal credit history.
A very few creditors might also ask if you have a Dunn's number so you might want to get that also, especially if your planning on contracting with the U.S. Government.
Then you basically just follow the same procedure as you would for your own personal credit. Take out a small loan or obtain a credit card and make timely payments. Also make sure you do not over extend your credit lines, Rule of thumb is to not be in debt more than 25% of your credit lines.
Follow the above steps and you will quickly see your business credit profile growing and establishing you as a credit worthy business.
Cheers and welcome to the world of Self Employment
Answer
The first step to establishing business credit is to register for a D&B D-U-N-S® Number, which is a unique, 9-digit identification number for your business. This can help you establish business credit without using your personal credit.
The estate is responsible for all debts. Please consult a probate attorney for specifics on how to open an estate.
How will a Loan affect credit?
If you pay the loan installments on time every month, it should have a good effect on your credit, provided it is an installment repayment and not a revolving repayment. The only way that revolving debt improves your credit standing is if it is not carried for more than 29 days. In other words, if you pay the complete balance of your credit cards and revolving accounts (IE credit lines ect).instead of letting them remain outstanding for more than a month at a time, that is ideal for your credit standing- very few of us have the good sense to do this, but it will improve your score very quickly.
