I purchased a 32" Adventure Duffel by Blassport at BJ's Wholesale. My old Eagle Creek duffel lasted for more than 16 years including multiple trips to Europe, the Middle East and Asia, but it was not long enough for my new tripod. Despite being only partially filled (well under 50 pounds), one side of one of the handles ripped off the Blassport duffel the very first time I flew with it, which was my first use of the item. That handle completely disappeared and the second handle ripped in an identical manner on the return flight home.

The company's automated complaint line has not been helpful in resolving this matter and wants to charge a disproportionately large service fee if and when they decide to honor their warranty.

After the first handle ripped off, I examined the quality of the construction of the item and have concluded (I have degrees in engineering), that it is poorly designed and poorly made.

The next time I need luggage I will purchase it from a manufacturer with a better reputation for quality and honoring the warranty.

It depends on the size of the bag. They are sold in many different sizes, from really tiny to huge.

baggage allowance really depends on the your ticket class, but basically economy ticket 20kg check in baggage and 7 kg hand carry like other commercial airlines. if you are member of alfursan club, you got extra 10kg with your check in baggage

well....or it is because the 1050 ballistic nylon is at his natural aspect and once time this last one is used and modified to get the form of a part of a luggage, ....ok....it become a 2520 ballistic nylon .....I think!!

Dip may be taken in checked baggage on a plane - underneath it. As dip is a foodstuff, many countries would prohbit it being brought in from another country.

Please note- in some parts of the US, dip is also the term used for smokeless tobacco, such as Skoal or Copenhagen. And yes, that can be packed in checked baggage.

Second answer: It seems like the above poster is the idiot. I myself have taken multiple bottles of champagne from France to San Francisco, through Toronto and Vancouver, with no problems whatsoever. My research on other forums, etc also suggests that as long as they are well-packed and well-wrapped, there should be no issues.

How do you think champagne/sparkling water/cocacola bottles are transported across the world? Airplane cargo holds are pressurized; otherwise all hairspray, deodorant, and other pressurized containers would explode.

Makes the straps squishy on your shoulders which is a little more comfortable. But still, when you load your stuff into the Odyssey pack, all the contents falls to the bottom and sits on your lower back. This is the key difference in an Ivar. The patented shelf design evenly distributes the weight among the shelves. I actually own both an Ivar Urban and a JanSport Odyssey. Both are great packs, but the Ivar is definitely designed for ergonomics over the JanSport.

The thing you write on that is on a backpack is called a name tag. Similar to a baggage tag/luggage tag except that a name tag is usually on the backpack from the time you bought the backpack.

we all after the long lasting vacations we all in a mood to spent a day somewhere together then after all we got an idea to go to seaside we all were happy and were in a fasinated mood . we took off in morning a 7 and took all our eatable items. we sang many songs in a car then after all we reached there . the weather was calm and very much blustering the sun was welcoming us .the water was so clean it was as cool as crystal we bathed in water for a long time

Actually the answer is not very easy. 1. Which passenger class are you travelling?, 2. Which ticket type do you hold?, and which airline will you fly?; Generally an allowance for 20 to 30 Kg of Baggage is allowed as check-in and about 7Kg for Handbaggage, but here is volume a major question also.

(So be specific in your question and the answer will easily be answered from the Airline with whom you wish to fly.)

Yes it goes under the plane in an area called the hold.

The ljuggage is still sent to the according airport, you'd have to order it back.
