What is terpene and what beauty product can it be found in?

Terpene is not actually any one thing - terpenesare a class of compounds found in many essential oils of plants and flowers. Therefore they are very commonly used in fragrances and flavors. Terpenes are constructed from a molecule called isoprene. Isoprene has the chemical structure C5H8, which means it contains 5 carbon atoms and 8 hydrogen atoms. Isoprene's chemical structure is:

CH2(CH3) - C - CH - CH2

Terpenes can be made from any number and combination of isoprene building blocks, so any terpene will have the molecular formula of (C5H8)x, where x is the number of isoprene building blocks used to construct the terpene.

Since terpenes are very commonly found in nature, chances are they are in a huge range of beauty products, especially those that are made using the essential oils of plants.

Can you curl fake eyelashes?

Yes, you can curl fake eyelashes, but it's important to do so carefully to avoid damaging the lashes or the adhesive. Here's how to curl fake eyelashes safely:

  1. **Choose the Right Curler:** Use a clean eyelash curler specifically designed for false lashes. Make sure it's not too old or worn out to prevent pulling or tugging on the lashes.

  2. **Heat the Curler (Optional):** If desired, you can gently heat the eyelash curler with a blow dryer for a few seconds. Make sure it's not too hot to avoid burning your eyelids.

  3. **Check the Fit:** Place the curler close to your lash line and ensure it fits comfortably without pinching or pulling on the skin.

  4. **Curl the Lashes:** Position the curler at the base of your false lashes, as close to the natural lash line as possible. Gently squeeze the curler for a few seconds, then release.

  5. **Repeat if Necessary:** Depending on the desired curl, you may need to curl the lashes multiple times, moving the curler slightly outward with each squeeze.

  6. **Avoid Excessive Pressure:** Be gentle when curling fake lashes to avoid bending or breaking them. Avoid pressing too hard, as this can damage both the lashes and the adhesive.

  7. **Check the Results:** After curling, assess the appearance of your lashes. If you're satisfied with the curl, proceed with applying mascara or other eye makeup as desired.

  8. **Touch-Up as Needed:** Throughout the day, you may find that the curl of your fake lashes starts to droop. In this case, you can gently re-curl them using the same technique.

  9. **Remove Carefully:** When it's time to remove your false lashes, do so gently to avoid damaging your natural lashes. Use a makeup remover specifically designed for waterproof or long-wearing products to dissolve the adhesive.

Remember to always be gentle when curling fake eyelashes to prevent damage or premature wear. If you're unsure about the process or concerned about damaging your lashes, consider consulting with a professional makeup artist for guidance.

What is made out of whale sperm?

No.

This one's going to take some explaining. In days past, when there were a lot of whales in the ocean, brave men set to sea in ships to hunt the Sperm Whale. In the head of this whale is a chamber called the case; the case is filled with a waxy substance called spermaceti. It is a wonderful product for making cosmetics, including lipsticks, as it has no odor and feels very nice on your skin.

Today, the same product (also called cetyl palmitate) is made from Jojoba oil, which comes from a plant. It's better for the environment and also for the people harvesting it: no one has ever been drowned by a mad jojoba plant with a harpoon in its side. Whales are a different story.

Make-up tips for green eyes?

gold , smoky black and purple

Answer.2.

Okay green eyes you can stay more around the colour like actually using greens and golds , golds go well if many eye colours because it has that tinge to it that blends well. Right Brown eyes. My friend went to a beauty saloon and they told her that the best colour to suit brown eyes is blue, I know it doesn't sound right but we tried it and she looked amazing. If you have green/brown eyes maybe go for a turquoise colour and mix in some light gold in the corners or with the colour its would be a great mixture and blends well with the eye colour, its also down to the brush technique but if you lightly go over and apply more as you go along you will come out with a better effect.
