Denying a child it's childhood is bad, yes. Children becoming pregnant as children is also bad and in many countries they die during labor or way earlier then they usually would. Rarely is it their choice and even if it is, a child does not know what it will miss and what it will entail to be married.

1. If the marriage is forced for political or social reasons, the parents might not take care in seeing if the couple is likely to be compatible in terms of personality. If the parents have a good mind for how psychology works, they could choose at least satisfactory matches. But this is likely to be a miserable arrangement.

2. Such marriages don't always become loving relationships. At least if you choose, you would know who delights your soul and turns you on.

I think that you should confront your husband, have him take notice that he treats you like a child. Maybe he doesn't mean to do it. Or, maybe he thinks that it is his way of showing you that he is very sweet to you. If you really don't like it, and it seems as if over time he hasn't stopped then I would see a marriage counselor. Don't think about divorce just yet, think about finding a solution that could lead to you saving your marriage.
