"Spider-Man 4" is not going to be made due to Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire pulling out after some conflicts at the studio occurred. They were both replaced with Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield for a reboot that will be restarting the series. While the main plot is unknown at this time- it has been revealed that the story will go back to the beginning when Peter Parker is in high school and gets bitten by a radioactive spider. After he discovers what he can do and decides to become Spider-Man due to the death of his Uncle Ben at his own fault- Dr. Curt Connors will transform into the Lizard after an experiment goes wrong and he will be the villain.

No, but she is more intelligent. When Bruce transforms into the Hulk, his anger gets the best of him and he can't control himself, whereas Jen can easily transform to She Hulk at will. So no, She Hulk isn't physically stronger than him (though she does come in a close second and is one of the strongest women in Marvel history).
